Must be Ecommerce / Web domain with at least 3 to 4 years of handling teams across an Ecommerce / IT company. Should have worked on Technologies with Open Source / PHP / My SQL / Solar / Java / JS / Jquery / Cloud - Website will eventually scale up. Be able to integrate Sourcing / Warehousing / Frontend / Analytics and Big Data. Strategically guiding the team with his expertise in Technology. Be entrepreneurial in nature and work closely with the Founder and CEO, adding his own creative and conceptual ideas to improve user experience. Should have worked with clients and internal teams to create innovative concepts. In short you are a Creative, Conceptual and Technology expert

Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role and a startup experience would be a definite advantage.
