Role / Position	Manager- New Clients
Experience (required)	5 plus
Job Responsibilities: The Manager will be the senior point of contact for day-to-day management of all the existing business and the ability to sell new ideas and solutions. He/she would be the one point contact to liaison with clients to identify specific business problems come up with apt strategies. He / She will also be responsible new business initiatives will work closely with the management team to drive growth. Business Development : Be the Brand custodian for clients. Strategic point of contact for clients and establish strong relationships leading to new business development. Lead new business efforts and determine the optimal staffing assignments for new initiatives. Partner with peers in planning and creative team, and internal disciplines to work on existing or new business opportunities. Develop new business opportunities and to achieve growth numbers. Accountable for revenue and business targets. Work closely with Branch Head to identify business development opportunities. Skills and Knowledge required: Should be excellent in communication level Should interact with clients at appropriate level High Experience Pedigree : should have worked in agencies of repute Exposure to Business Development in ad agency environment with related dynamics is preferred. Educational qualification in relevant field of study.
