Job Description VP/AVP/ Sales Head /Zonal Head/GM Sales/National Sales (Exp 7 to 18 years)

Job Location:Noida, Sector4, Near by Sector16 , Metro Station

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Reporting to the CEO

  • Responsible for end to end sales and business development of the company

  • Handling a sales team and motivating them for meeting sales target.

  • Directly responsible for the company’s revenue

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals

  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth

  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets

  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives

  • Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Hire and develop sales staff

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

  • Coordination with travel specialists/agents

  • Responsible for following end to end process between travel specialists/agents and travelers.

Key Assignments :-

  • Should possess 7-18 years experience in the Travel industry, Travel Portal,B2B/B2C service sectors.

  • Responsible for achieving the sales target as finalized.

  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or 

  • market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.

  • Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

  • Has the ability to lead and drive his/her subordinates to help them achieve their individual targets.

  • Ensuring collections within the stipulated time.

  • Identifying the market potential and generating proposals for prospective clients.

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Required Skills :-

  • A tier 1 B- School alumnus

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Team management

  • Dedicated, highly motivated and enthusiastic person.

  • The Applicant should be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 10 years of experience in sales, business development and key accounts management roles. 

  • Leadership experience in buying and merchant development teams of ecommerce organizations would also be considered.

  • Any prior experience of handling the HORECA (hospitality) channel would be an added plus.

  • We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
