Job Description

• Set up a team for our retail foray
• Draw up sales strategy
• Build a distributor network/supply chain  to initially service the 1 & 2 Tier towns, to be expanded to Tier 3 at a later stage.
• List the Teas in modern Trade and standalone outlet
• Brand building
• Knowledge on Online trade would be an added advantage.

• With very good FMCG background particularly with respect to Tea, Coffee & Spices as these are our major focus areas, Tea being primary
• Should have handled similar products at various regions in India
• Needs to have knowledge of the South and West Indian markets.
