Managing details and profitability of client engagement

Understanding Product quickly

Work with clients to determine appropriate targets, messaging, and program structure

Proactive problem solving to ensure client success

Ensure that team members have solid understanding of client solutions and goals as well as manage ongoing training of new and existing team members

Prepare and review all client deliverable (ie. Weekly reporting, messaging updates, , project P&L, strategic recommendations, et.)

Presenting and recommending strategic plans in order to retain and upsell client

Reports to the Director of Client Accounts
