The Digital Projects team is responsible for handling projects including websites (ranging from microsites to large corporate sites - from scratch or incremental updates), native and hybrid applications and cutting edge web applications, with the support of the development and design teams. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget based on client's requirements.
Job Description

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers (external) and stakeholders (internal team).

Engage proactively with customers to understand their business, their digital needs, and identify/recommend paths forward (including creating & presenting pitches)

Identify projects and define scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria

Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and scope, including personnel assigned to the project team and maintain team and project information using appropriate agency tools
-
Create, maintain and communicate project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, detailed project plans, product and customer documentation in an appropriate agency tools
-
Aid in driving project delivery through effective use of issue and status meetings, work sessions and collaborative influence
-
Gather and document best practices, standards and lessons learned and apply to future projects

Soliciting scope of work documents and associated cost estimates from outside vendors, such as freelance creative resources, Development and programing resources, etc and managing such vendors when needed for projects

Tracking and reporting team hours and expenses on a weekly basis,

Managing project budget against the contract and other guidelines.
